We collect information you provide, information created while you use Card Throne Room, information from connected services you authorize, and technical information needed to run the service.
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, plan status, account settings, and invite or access status.
- Card and seller workflow data, such as uploaded front and back card photos, scan batches, card matches, listing titles, SKUs, card condition, variants, prices, notes, export settings, inventory records, review queues, and reports.
- Connected-service data, such as eBay OAuth connection records, listing data, order data, inventory sync data, item IDs, and related marketplace fields when you connect or use eBay tools.
- Billing data, such as plan, subscription status, billing email, customer identifiers, invoices, and payment status. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processor.
- Support and communication data, such as messages, feedback, troubleshooting details, and files you send to us.
- Technical and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, feature usage, errors, logs, security events, cookies, local storage, and similar diagnostics.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve Card Throne Room. This includes:
- Creating and authenticating accounts.
- Saving batches, scans, card matches, inventory records, listing settings, exports, and analytics.
- Processing uploaded card photos and extracted text to identify cards, attach market price context, and prepare listing data.
- Connecting to eBay or other services when you authorize an integration.
- Managing subscriptions, quota, billing status, and access to paid features.
- Responding to support requests, debugging issues, preventing abuse, and protecting the service.
- Improving matching, listing prep, inventory workflows, performance, and reliability.
- Complying with legal, tax, accounting, security, and enforcement obligations.
3. AI, OCR, And Uploaded Card Images
Card Throne Room uses automated matching, OCR, catalog lookup, and other processing to help identify cards and prepare seller workflows. Uploaded card photos, derived images, extracted text, and card metadata may be processed by Card Throne Room systems and service providers used for cloud hosting, storage, OCR, AI, and diagnostics.
Do not upload personal documents, payment cards, IDs, private messages, or other sensitive non-card content into card scan fields.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed for Card Throne Room, including with:
- Cloud hosting, database, storage, authentication, logging, and security providers.
- Payment processors for subscriptions and billing.
- eBay or another connected service when you authorize an integration or request an action involving that service.
- AI, OCR, analytics, email, and support providers used to operate or improve Card Throne Room.
- Professional advisors, auditors, legal authorities, or other parties when required to comply with law, protect rights, prevent abuse, or respond to legal process.
- A successor or potential successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets involving Card Throne Room.
5. Cookies, Local Storage, And Similar Technology
Card Throne Room uses browser storage, cookies, and similar technology for sign-in, session state, sidebar preferences, saved workflow state, security, diagnostics, and feature behavior. You can control some browser storage through your browser settings, but disabling it may break sign-in or saved workflow features.
6. Connected Services
When you connect eBay or another external service, that service may send us account, listing, order, inventory, token, or status information needed for the features you use. We use connected-service data to perform requested actions, show analytics, reconcile inventory, and troubleshoot sync issues. You can disconnect an integration where the product provides that option or by contacting us.
7. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide Card Throne Room, maintain your account and seller workflows, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and keep backups. You may request deletion of account data, but some records may remain where retention is required for security, billing, legal, backup, or audit purposes.
8. Your Choices And Requests
You can update some account settings, listing settings, and workflow data inside Card Throne Room. You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, or opt out of certain processing. Card Throne Room does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used in U.S. state privacy laws.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Card Throne Room information. No online service is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account, browser session, email access, and connected-service credentials.
10. Children
Card Throne Room is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to Card Throne Room, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. International Use
Card Throne Room is operated from the United States. If you use the service from another location, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.
12. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Card Throne Room after an updated Policy is posted means the updated Policy applies to your use of the service.
