1. Agreement To These Terms
By creating an account, signing in, connecting an external service, uploading card images, scanning cards, exporting listing data, or using any Card Throne Room feature, you agree to these Terms. If you use Card Throne Room for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. What Card Throne Room Provides
Card Throne Room is a seller workspace for trading card workflows. Features may include card image uploads, AI-assisted scan matching, market price context, listing prep, CSV exports, inventory tools, eBay connection tools, seller analytics, and account settings.
Card Throne Room is a workflow tool. It does not guarantee card identification, grading, market value, marketplace approval, buyer demand, sales results, tax treatment, or compliance with marketplace rules.
3. Accounts And Security
You are responsible for keeping your account, browser session, email sign-in links, and connected-service access secure. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you believe your account or connected marketplace access has been compromised.
4. Your Content And License To Process It
You keep ownership of the card photos, batch data, listing details, inventory records, notes, exports, settings, and other materials you upload or create in Card Throne Room. You grant Card Throne LLC a limited license to host, process, display, transform, analyze, and transmit that content as needed to operate and improve Card Throne Room, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use your content and that it does not violate another person's rights, marketplace rules, or applicable law.
5. Scanning, Matching, Pricing, And Listings
Card recognition, OCR, catalog matching, market price data, condition labels, listing titles, item specifics, categories, SKU fields, and export fields are automated or semi-automated aids. You must review all results before relying on them or sending them to a marketplace.
- Market prices are estimates or third-party data points, not appraisals, offers to buy, or guarantees of sale price.
- Card condition and grading tools are workflow aids. Final condition, grading, and disclosure decisions are your responsibility.
- Listing exports and direct listing tools must be reviewed before publication. You are responsible for marketplace fees, listing accuracy, shipping promises, returns, taxes, and buyer communications.
6. Connected Services
If you connect eBay or another external service, you authorize Card Throne Room to use that connection to perform the actions you request or enable, such as reading listings or orders, syncing inventory, preparing exports, publishing or revising listings, and showing analytics. Card Throne Room does not need your eBay password, but it may store access tokens or connection records needed to operate the integration.
You remain responsible for complying with all connected-service terms, policies, and seller requirements. Disconnecting a service may stop future sync activity but may not undo actions already sent to that service.
7. Billing And Plans
Some Card Throne Room features may be free, metered, invite-only, beta, or part of a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are processed through our billing provider. Plan limits, prices, renewal terms, and included features may change prospectively. Unless a checkout or billing screen says otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Card Throne Room. This includes:
- Uploading malware, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
- Trying to bypass authentication, usage limits, billing limits, or security controls.
- Scraping, copying, reverse engineering, reselling, or overloading the service except as allowed by law or a written agreement.
- Using the service to violate marketplace rules, commit fraud, misrepresent items, or interfere with another user's account.
9. Card Throne Room Intellectual Property
Card Throne Room, including its software, interface, workflows, design, names, logos, and documentation, is owned by Card Throne LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Card Throne Room or permission to use Card Throne branding outside the service.
10. Third-Party Data And Services
Card Throne Room may rely on third-party catalog data, market data, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, marketplace APIs, AI/OCR providers, and other service providers. Those services can change, fail, delay, or return inaccurate data. Card Throne LLC is not responsible for third-party service availability or third-party data accuracy.
11. Service Changes And Availability
Card Throne Room may add, remove, limit, suspend, or change features at any time. We try to keep the service available, but maintenance, errors, upstream outages, browser issues, account restrictions, and infrastructure events may interrupt access or affect saved work.
12. Disclaimer
Card Throne Room is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent allowed by law, Card Throne LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Card Throne LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, marketplace penalties, listing errors, inventory errors, or business interruption. Card Throne LLC's total liability for any claim related to Card Throne Room will not exceed the amount you paid for Card Throne Room in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you did not pay for the service.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Card Throne LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your marketplace activity, your connected-service use, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
15. Termination
You may stop using Card Throne Room at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay amounts due, or used the service in a way that could harm Card Throne LLC or a connected service.
16. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Card Throne Room after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
