Batch the repetitive setup, not the seller judgment
A Card Lister batch keeps the selected game, listing flow, Configuration Profile, SKU behavior, photo choices, and saved card rows together. That reduces repeated setup across cards while preserving the exact listing fields that may need a different decision on each row.
Choose the batch type that matches the buyer’s sale unit:
- List Singles for individually photographed raw cards.
- List w/ Stock Images for catalog-selected raw cards.
- List Lots when component cards become one quantity-1 marketplace listing.
- List Slabs for supported graded-card workflows.
Save the seller rules you should not retype
- Confirm account settings. Keep marketplace region and seller location at the account level.
- Create a Configuration Profile. Save the eBay policies, categories, Title Builder, pricing rules, description, and image choices for this workflow.
- Choose the game and listing flow. Output support can differ by card type, game, destination, account, and current feature state.
- Choose SKU behavior deliberately. Physical location identity and generated listing-group identity must not be treated as the same thing.
- Add cards. Upload photos, select catalog rows, or use the applicable slab import.
Profiles supply starting values. They do not turn a saved title formula, pricing rule, or category into the correct answer for every card.
Use one review order across the whole batch
- Confirm card identity: game, set, name, number, and language.
- Confirm the exact variant, printing, or finish.
- Inspect and assign the physical condition.
- Choose the final seller price.
- Review title, SKU, quantity, policies, category, item specifics, description, and photo order.
- Run Check Readiness for the selected destination.
Combine Duplicates can consolidate genuinely interchangeable copies while preserving their saved physical leaf identities when the inventory workflow requires them. It is not permission to renumber or reuse a seller SKU automatically.
Keep the bulk output boundary explicit
| Action | Best used when | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Export CSV → eBay CSV | You want a Seller Hub file-upload workflow and marketplace preview | Downloads a file; it does not publish or stage Inventory Manager stock |
| Push to Inventory | The current account, batch, marketplace, and row types are eligible for the verified connected workflow | Performs a seller-confirmed live eBay action and records verified inventory results |
For a CSV workflow, confirm the upload in Seller Hub and mark the saved Card Lister batch listed only after the external listing work actually succeeds. For direct publishing, interrupted rows resume from durable item and handoff evidence instead of assuming the whole batch failed.
Measure a representative batch in your own operation
Card Throne does not publish a universal “cards per hour” or perfect-recognition claim. Games, card condition, photo quality, special printings, seller rules, corrections, and output choice all change the amount of active work. Start with 10 representative cards and record:
- submitted cards and final supported output rows;
- processing time separately from active seller-review time;
- match replacements, condition changes, price changes, and other edits;
- readiness blockers and marketplace validation errors; and
- whether the final CSV or direct workflow completed successfully.
That gives you a useful business comparison against your current listing process without relying on a generic speed promise.
