eBay listing workflow

eBay card listing software that keeps seller review in the workflow

Card Throne Card Lister helps you move from card photos or catalog searches to a reviewable eBay listing batch. Confirm the exact card and seller fields, then download a Seller Hub CSV or use an eligible verified direct-publish workflow.

Build one batch from capture to output

  1. Choose the sale unit. Start a Singles, Stock Images, Lots, or Slabs workflow so the batch matches what the buyer will receive.
  2. Add cards. Upload photos, search the Card Throne catalog, or use the supported slab import workflow.
  3. Review the match. Confirm the game, card name, set, number, language, printing or finish, and condition.
  4. Review the listing. Check the final title, seller price, quantity, seller SKU, category, item specifics, description, and image order.
  5. Run Check Readiness. Resolve output-specific blockers before downloading or publishing anything.

Saved Configuration Profiles can supply repeatable starting values for titles, pricing rules, descriptions, images, categories, and eBay policies. They reduce repetitive setup without turning the final listing into an unattended decision.

Automation prepares the row; you approve the sale

Card matching and market-price context can reduce lookup work, but they are evidence rather than final authority. Physical condition is not determined automatically, and a market price is not a guaranteed sale price.

OutputWhat happensImportant boundary
eBay CSVCard Throne downloads listing data for your Seller Hub upload workflow. The download does not publish listings or add Inventory Manager stock.
Push to InventoryFor an eligible configured account and batch, Card Throne verifies the saved listing work, performs the seller-confirmed eBay action, and records the verified Inventory Manager handoff. It is a live marketplace action and remains separate from ordinary CSV export.
Output support depends on the batch, destination, account entitlement, eBay connection, marketplace region, and current feature availability. Check Readiness shows the current blockers before the final step.

Start on Free, expand seller operations on Unlimited

The Free plan includes 100 scans per day, card matching, market-price context, Card Search, and CSV listing preparation. Unlimited is $8.99 per month and adds uncapped daily scans plus entitled seller operations including Inventory Manager, eBay seller tools, seller analytics, and the full Card Lister workflow.

You can test the capture, match, review, and CSV process before deciding whether connected inventory and eBay operations fit your business.

Built for sellers who want repeatability without hiding the checks

This workflow is a practical fit when you list enough cards that re-entering titles, prices, policies, SKUs, and photos becomes a bottleneck, but you still want to inspect the exact card and listing before it leaves your workspace.
