Build one batch from capture to output
- Choose the sale unit. Start a Singles, Stock Images, Lots, or Slabs workflow so the batch matches what the buyer will receive.
- Add cards. Upload photos, search the Card Throne catalog, or use the supported slab import workflow.
- Review the match. Confirm the game, card name, set, number, language, printing or finish, and condition.
- Review the listing. Check the final title, seller price, quantity, seller SKU, category, item specifics, description, and image order.
- Run Check Readiness. Resolve output-specific blockers before downloading or publishing anything.
Saved Configuration Profiles can supply repeatable starting values for titles, pricing rules, descriptions, images, categories, and eBay policies. They reduce repetitive setup without turning the final listing into an unattended decision.
Automation prepares the row; you approve the sale
Card matching and market-price context can reduce lookup work, but they are evidence rather than final authority. Physical condition is not determined automatically, and a market price is not a guaranteed sale price.
| Card Throne prepares | The seller confirms |
|---|---|
| Likely catalog identity and available market context | Exact printing, language, finish, and physical condition |
| Profile-based title and listing defaults | Final title, description, category, policies, and photos |
| Starting price from the selected profile | Final seller price and quantity |
| Readiness warnings and blockers | Corrections and the final output action |
Choose a file workflow or an eligible live workflow
| Output | What happens | Important boundary |
|---|---|---|
| eBay CSV | Card Throne downloads listing data for your Seller Hub upload workflow. | The download does not publish listings or add Inventory Manager stock. |
| Push to Inventory | For an eligible configured account and batch, Card Throne verifies the saved listing work, performs the seller-confirmed eBay action, and records the verified Inventory Manager handoff. | It is a live marketplace action and remains separate from ordinary CSV export. |

Built for sellers who want repeatability without hiding the checks
This workflow is a practical fit when you list enough cards that re-entering titles, prices, policies, SKUs, and photos becomes a bottleneck, but you still want to inspect the exact card and listing before it leaves your workspace.
