Set your listing defaults
- Open Configuration. In Account Settings, confirm your marketplace and seller location.
- Choose a Configuration Profile. Use separate profiles when card types or listing rules need different defaults.
- Check the eBay shipping, payment, and return policies, plus any Store categories.
- Review Title Builder, Pricing, Description, and Images, then save the profile.
- Select that profile in Card Lister's Batch Setup.
eBay titles have an 80-character limit. Auto Truncate titles removes title parts in the order saved in your profile. Review the result before listing.
Choose a listing mode

Complete Batch Setup, including game, profile, photo mode, condition, SKU choices, and Listing Type. Then add photos, search the catalog, or import supported slab certificates.
Manual Blank in Singles or Lots lets you enter a listing yourself from uploaded photos. These rows skip scanning and catalog matching. They support fixed-price eBay output, but cannot be exported to TCGplayer or Mana Pool or used for variations.
Review the cards and listings
In Match, compare the actual card with the selected game, set, number, language, finish, and condition. Similar artwork can belong to different printings.
In List, review the title, Your Price, quantity, seller SKU, item specifics, description, and photo order. Check slab grade and certification separately from raw-card condition.
- Open full-size photos to check glare, cropping, and front/back pairing.
- Choose the final variant or finish when several versions exist.
- Check for duplicate seller SKUs and titles over 80 characters.
- For a lot, confirm that the title, price, and photos describe the whole bundle.
Run Check Readiness
Check Readiness checks the eBay listing requirements. Each CSV destination also runs its own export checks. Fix blockers and read warnings before continuing.

Lots, slabs, and Manual Blank rows have different requirements from catalog-matched singles. A successful check does not replace reviewing your photos and listing details.
Export, publish, or add to Inventory

Upload a CSV yourself
- Choose Export CSV, then eBay CSV.
- Upload the file through Seller Hub and review eBay's import result.
- After you confirm the listings are live, return to the saved batch and choose Mark As Listed.
Publish from Card Lister
The dialog remembers confirmed destinations and pricing choices in this browser for your account, game, listing mode, and marketplace. Review them each time. Unavailable destinations stay unselected, and a missing pricing template uses batch pricing with an inline explanation.
- Choose Add to Inventory and review the channel options. Keep List on eBay selected to publish to eBay.
- For eligible fixed-price batches, you can enable Check Inventory Manager for possible duplicates. It is off by default.
- Review the destinations and pricing, then choose Publish.
- If you enabled the duplicate check, review any suggested merge. Confirm the exact card, condition, existing listing, quantity, and price choice.
The destination dialog approves the ordinary eBay workflow. After preparation queues the job, verification, publication, and the Inventory handoff continue in the background. You can leave the page. There is no second generic publish confirmation. If your account uses the optional eBay Inventory creation flow, complete its separate fee review.
Check completion or recover a run
A completed direct eBay run needs both the accepted eBay listing and the verified Inventory handoff. A CSV download alone never proves that a listing is live.
- Check the batch's completion message and listing links.
- Open Inventory and confirm the card, physical location, quantity, SKU, and eBay link.
- If the run needs attention, reopen the same saved batch and select its attention count to show the affected cards. Read each card's issue before following the available retry or recovery action.
Show all cards restores the full list. The attention filter changes only what you see; it preserves all cards, totals, and accepted listings. Switching to Match also clears the filter.
For recent listings created or edited outside Card Throne Room, use Check for changes in Inventory imports. It covers only the listing-event history eBay still provides, about 48 hours.
