Do not ask one SKU or quantity to mean everything
| Record | What it answers | What it is not |
|---|---|---|
| Physical location SKU | Where the exact sellable unit can be pulled | A generated marketplace group |
| Listing or group SKU | How one or more physical leaves are presented for sale | A shelf location or extra stock |
| eBay mirror | The last verified listing, quantity, price, and status from eBay | The authority for what is physically in the room |
| Pending change | A reviewed local intention waiting for the supported publish path | Proof that eBay already changed |
Available, reserved, and picked quantities remain tied to physical locations. Combining listings can change marketplace presentation without erasing the addresses needed at the packing table.
Establish the listing mirror, then confirm the real stock
- Connect the seller account. Keep the selected eBay marketplace region and seller account explicit.
- Import active listings. Use Import from eBay, with the original Seller Hub active-listings CSV available as a fallback.
- Review each physical location. Confirm the item, seller SKU, eBay link, photo, and exact available units you can pull.
- Add new listings through Card Lister when appropriate. An eligible Push to Inventory workflow records the live item ID and the verified Inventory Manager handoff together.
- Use Add Qty or Edit Qty for actual local stock changes. A linked row queues the related marketplace intent; it does not silently publish the edit.
Use an ordered inventory routine
- Sync awaiting-shipment eBay orders before publishing quantity changes.
- Review Ready, Short, and Needs review rows in Order Pick List.
- Use Find Duplicates only for listing relationships you actually want to combine.
- Apply Pending Changes to commit approved local grouping while preserving physical leaves.
- Open the Publish workspace and review the exact queued eBay changes.
- Use Push to eBay only after the preview is current and blocker-free.
- Pull the displayed locations, then mark physically pulled rows picked.
This is not marketed as automatic, real-time, or set-and-forget synchronization. The useful control is seeing which record changed, which action is read-only, and which step can write to the marketplace.

| Find Duplicates | Finds possible combine decisions | None |
| Apply Pending Changes | Applies approved local grouping | None |
| Push to eBay | Finalizes verified queue results | Publishes the reviewed supported revisions |
| Mark Picked | Moves an exact reserved location to picked history | None by itself |
For sellers whose spreadsheet no longer answers “where is it?”
Inventory Manager, Order Pick List, eBay seller tools, and seller analytics require an eligible seller account with the applicable feature access. Unlimited is $8.99 per month. The Free plan remains available for testing Card Lister, card matching, market context, Card Search, and CSV listing preparation before adding connected inventory operations.
