Know which SKU you are using

Combining listings does not move cards. Each copy keeps its physical Pull Location even when several locations share one listing.
Label your storage locations
Choose a format you can read while packing. For example, B12-R3-042 can mean box 12, row 3, slot 42.
- Label stock when you put it away.
- Do not assign the same active location SKU to another inventory row.
- Keep separators consistent. B15-2-038 and B1-52-038 are different locations.
- Keep physical labels when you group, reprice, or refresh a listing.
Read the quantity states

Available + reserved + picked = total. For example, reserving one of five available cards leaves four available and one reserved. Picking it leaves four available and one picked. The total remains five.
Add or restock cards
- For a new Card Lister batch, choose Add to Inventory. Review the destinations and pricing. To list on eBay, keep List on eBay selected and choose Publish. For Inventory only, clear all marketplace destinations and confirm Add to Inventory.
- For existing eBay listings, open Imports > Import from eBay. The Seller Hub CSV is also available.
- For more copies of an existing card, use Add Qty on the correct row. Choose the existing physical location or add a new one.
- Afterward, check identity, location, available quantity, and any marketplace links.
Adding quantity to an eBay-linked row queues the required eBay quantity change. A local-only row stays local until you list or link it.
Review stock and pending work
- Sync orders in Order Pick List so recent sales can reserve stock.
- Investigate Short and Needs review rows.
- Use Find Duplicates when separate listings should share stock. Review the proposed parent and every location.
- Choose Apply Pending Changes to apply approved local grouping.
- Review the queue in Publish and use Push to eBay to send the approved changes.
Keep Check eBay Orders enabled when publishing quantities. Orders can remain reserved while you publish; you do not have to mark them picked first.
Know when an action changes eBay

If marketplace maximum quantities are available for your account, each maximum limits how much of the same available stock that channel advertises. It does not reserve separate copies for each channel.
Fix common inventory problems
- If an order has no usable location, check the exact eBay item and variation before choosing a row in Resolve.
- If two listings share a Custom Label, compare item IDs. A shared label does not prove that they share stock.
- If local and eBay quantities differ, sync orders and inspect the physical locations before using a reconciliation action.
- If a row contains reserved or picked stock, use the Pick List's return or correction action. Ordinary quantity editing cannot remove that history.
- If Inventory Health reports a mismatch, read the finding before applying a repair.
