Check your inventory first
- Import existing eBay listings through Inventory Manager > Imports.
- Check each listing's item link and seller SKU.
- Give stock a physical location you can find.
- Keep variation children distinct by parent item and exact child SKU or variation details.
Sync your orders
- Open Order Pick List and select the marketplace you need.
- For eBay, choose Sync eBay Orders. Review the current awaiting-shipment orders it returns.
- Card Throne Room matches each order line to your inventory and reserves available stock when it can identify the exact copies.
- Read the Pick List statuses before pulling cards.
For a report-based eBay workflow, use Order Import with the awaiting-shipment orders report from the same account and marketplace. If Mana Pool order access is enabled, use Sync Mana Pool Orders on its Pick List. Misprint orders arrive through automatic order intake on the Misprint Pick List, and Sync Misprint Orders is there when you need a manual check.
Read the pick status

| Short | Check the physical stock and listing. Available local stock cannot cover the order. |
| Needs review | Use Resolve to select the exact inventory row after checking the order identity. |
A variation order must match the sold child. Another card under the same parent item is not a substitute.
Pull the cards and mark them picked
- Read the physical Pull Location, not the listing or group SKU.
- Check the card, finish, condition, and quantity against the order.
- Take the cards from storage.
- Choose Mark Picked.
- If the location changed while you were working, check the replacement location shown before trying again.
Mark Picked moves reserved stock to picked history. If a prior listing import already accounted for the sale, it records the pull without subtracting the sale again.
A row may disappear while its save finishes. If saving fails, it returns for attention. Mark Picked does not buy postage or mark the marketplace order shipped.
Handle returns and mistakes
You cannot find the card
Check the location, exact order identity, and stock count. Leave the row unresolved until you know what you can fulfill.
An order is canceled
Cancellation can release reserved stock. Already picked cards do not return to available automatically.
You need to return a reserved card
Use Return to inventory when you have confirmed that the reserved stock should be available again. The returned order line leaves the active Pick List. A later automatic sync does not reserve it again.
You marked a card picked by mistake
Use Move back to Pick List in picked history. This moves the card back to reserved so you can correct the pull.
You want to mark several cards picked
Bulk Mark Picked applies to Ready rows. Pull all selected cards first. Short and Needs review rows still need individual attention.
Use a shipping-day checklist
- Sync orders before changing live quantities.
- Resolve unknown cards and shortages.
- Sort the Pick List for your storage route.
- Pull and verify each card.
- Mark the cards you have pulled as picked.
- Pack, buy postage, and ship through your usual marketplace workflow.
When publishing inventory quantities, keep Check eBay Orders enabled. You can publish with open reservations; picking is a separate step.
