What the import does
The import saves eBay item IDs, Custom Labels, quantities, prices, listing status, and variation details. Direct imports can also fill in missing photos and item specifics.
This saved view of eBay is the marketplace mirror. It helps you compare listings with physical stock. It does not replace known Pull Locations or picked history.
Import from your connected account
- Connect the intended eBay account in Inventory Manager.
- Open Imports.
- Choose Import from eBay.
- Wait for the completed result, then review any warnings or removal candidates.
You can leave the page while the background import runs. It saves progress and can continue from its saved position after an interruption.
The direct import can fill missing listing photos and item specifics on existing rows. This backfill preserves existing local values, physical locations, catalog matches, and conditions.
Review listings no longer found
After a complete direct import, Card Throne Room can show a removals preview for eBay-linked rows whose listings were not found.
- Check removal candidates against the intended eBay account.
- Review duplicate local rows separately. A duplicate row does not mean the listing has ended.
- Choose Apply removals only after reviewing the candidates.
Apply removals retires the missing eBay mirror. It does not remove your physical stock or Pull Locations. Until you apply it, the preview is only a proposed change.
Download a Seller Hub CSV
Use the CSV option if you already have a report or cannot use the direct import.
- Download the active-listings CSV from eBay Seller Hub.
- Keep the original file. Do not open and re-save it in a spreadsheet editor.
- Confirm that it is the active-listings report, with eBay Item numbers and listing columns.
Upload the CSV
- Open Inventory Manager > Imports.
- Expand Prefer the CSV report instead?
- Choose the original Active Listings CSV.
- Select Upload and import.
- Read the final result before relying on the imported listings.

The background CSV job continues if you leave the page. Avoid starting overlapping imports to work around a paused run.
Check the imported listings
Open Inventory. Check several ordinary listings and any variations or duplicate Custom Labels.
- The eBay link opens the right listing in the right marketplace.
- Title, price, seller SKU, marketplace quantity, and photo match.
- Variation children remain separate under the correct parent.
- Listings with a shared Custom Label still have distinct item identities.
- Each physical Pull Location matches where you store the card.
An import can establish the local row needed to manage an existing listing. It must preserve any proven physical location history already recorded for that stock.
Check recent changes
Use Check for changes after editing listings in eBay, Seller Hub, or another tool. It is available when eBay is connected and no conflicting import or check is running. You do not need a completed CSV import first.

The quick check does not import orders, remove physical stock, or prove that a missing listing ended. Card Lister's direct eBay results normally arrive through their own Inventory handoff.
Resolve import problems
- For rounded item numbers, download the report again and upload the original CSV.
- For a wrong account or marketplace, connect the intended account and run a fresh import.
- For a paused run, use its saved resume action and read any error first.
- For missing or ended listings, run a complete Import from eBay and review the removals preview.
- For quantity differences, sync orders and count physical stock before applying a correction.
- For duplicate Custom Labels, compare exact item and variation identities before merging anything.
