How to export Magic cards to Mana Pool

Use Mana Pool export for raw MTG singles only

The Mana Pool destination appears for an MTG batch. Every row still has to meet the export contract.

Mana Pool export is a file workflow for the individual cards in the batch. A lot represents one bundle, so it must stay in an output designed for that sale unit.

Use the TCGplayer product ID—not the SKU ID

The generated Mana Pool column is named TCGplayer Id, but its expected identity is product-level. Card Throne fills it from the matched card’s tcgplayerId or equivalent product ID.

Card Throne also preserves catalog and Scryfall identities internally for matching and audits, but those are not substituted into the Mana Pool product-ID column.

Review how the Mana Pool price is chosen

For each eligible row, Card Throne uses this order:

1. Use the reviewed Card Lister seller price when it is greater than zero.
2. If no seller price is available, use the attached market or source market price. When Missing Condition Price Fallbacks are enabled in Configuration, that value may be an explicitly labeled same-printing estimate such as Near Mint minus 10% for a Lightly Played card.
3. Never export below Card Throne’s built-in $0.01 minimum safety floor.

Export the Mana Pool CSV

1. Build an MTG singles batch. Match the exact cards and review variant, condition, quantity, price, and photo.
2. Run Check Readiness. Resolve missing product IDs and review warnings such as missing condition, price, card number, or front image.
3. Choose Export CSV. Select Mana Pool CSV from the destination prompt.
4. Download the file. Card Throne names it with your safe SKU prefix when available and includes a local export timestamp.
5. Upload it through Mana Pool. Review the marketplace’s current import preview before accepting the inventory change.

Understand what happens when products repeat

The file contains three columns:

• TCGplayer Id — product-level identity.
• Total Quantity — the quantity to represent for that product row.
• My Store Price — the reviewed seller price after the minimum floor.

If multiple Card Lister rows share the same TCGplayer product ID and the same Mana Pool price, Card Throne combines them by adding quantity. If that same product ID has different proposed prices, the export blocks instead of arbitrarily choosing one.

Because product-level identity is broader than a condition-level SKU, inspect the finished import preview and make sure the marketplace is interpreting the product and quantity as intended.

Resolve Mana Pool export blockers

• MTG batch required: move non-MTG cards to their own destination-appropriate batch.
• Missing TCGplayer product ID: return to Match and select the exact MTG catalog record. Do not paste a condition-level SKU into the product-ID field.
• Raw single required: use an eBay flow for graded slabs or lots.
• Price conflict: make the intended store price consistent for every row sharing that product ID.
• Unexpected quantity: inspect duplicate product rows in Card Lister; eligible duplicates are intentionally added together.
• Unexpected $0.01 floor price: set the reviewed seller price in Card Lister before exporting. Current Configuration Profiles do not expose a separate Mana Pool minimum-price setting.
