Help for every page

Choose the page you're using in the guide menu. Each section explains where to start, what to check, and where to find the full workflow.

Dashboard

Open Dashboard to sign in, return to recent work, or choose a quick action. Once you're signed in, Today's queue points to work that needs attention.

Start a new batch from Card Lister, or reopen one from Recent work. If a tool is locked, check the account and access message shown on that page. Seller tools and marketplace connections depend on your account's access.

List Singles

Use List Singles to prepare individual cards from your own photos.

  1. In Batch Setup, name the batch and choose your SKU prefix, game, configuration profile, and condition.
  2. Choose Scan & Match to identify cards from photos. Choose Manual (Blank Listings) to fill in the listing details yourself.
  3. Select Front Only or Front + Back. Check the photo order in Pre-Upload Preview before creating the batch.
  4. Review scanned cards in Match, then check titles, prices, quantities, SKUs, and images in List. Manual rows go straight to List.

A match still needs your review. Check the set, card number, language, finish, and condition against the card in your hand. The Card Lister guide covers setup, export, and direct listing.

List Lots

Use List Lots when several cards sell together as one bundle. The component cards become one lot listing with quantity 1.

Choose Scan & Match or Manual (Blank Listings), add the component photos, and review the cover and final listing. A lot can contain up to 36 cards. Front + Back mode accepts up to 72 source photos, while the final eBay listing has its own 24-image limit, including covers and profile images.

Set the price for the whole bundle. Check that the title and description explain what the buyer receives. Lots cannot use the TCGplayer or Mana Pool singles exports.

List w/ Stock Images

Use List w/ Stock Images to build a batch from catalog cards.

  1. Use Search Cards to find individual cards, or Build from Set to browse an exact database set.
  2. Select the cards you own. Check each row's variant, condition, and quantity before adding it.
  3. Wait for the set preview to finish loading. If it reports incomplete results, reload the set before adding cards.
  4. Review the batch in List, including any missing images, then run Check Readiness.

A catalog photo identifies the printing. It does not show wear on your copy. Use a condition that describes the physical card and review the marketplace's image requirements before listing.

List Slabs

List Slabs prepares graded-card listings from slab photos, a completed PSA order CSV, or CGC certificate lookup.

For PSA, download the completed order CSV from PSA Orders and upload it in the PSA Order CSV panel. For CGC, enter up to 25 certification numbers and choose Fetch CGC Slabs when the connection is ready.

Compare the returned grader, grade, certification number, card details, and images with each slab. Keep the certificate attached to the correct row. Fix missing details before Check Readiness. Slabs do not qualify for raw-card TCGplayer or Mana Pool export.

Batches

Batches holds saved Card Lister work. Use Staged for work still in progress and Listed for batches recorded as listed.

Open a batch to continue editing. For bulk actions, select the intended batches before exporting, combining, marking them listed, or deleting them. Select Page applies to the current page, so check your selection before continuing.

For CSV workflows, mark a batch listed after the marketplace accepts the upload. Downloading a file alone does not publish it. If a direct listing stops partway through, reopen the saved batch and inspect its result before retrying. Do not create a replacement batch for listings eBay already accepted.

Batch Analytics

Batch Analytics shows listing activity and value from your Card Lister batches. Choose Overall for the combined view or By Batch to inspect one batch.

Use the date buttons to change Daily Trends. Value by Set, Value by Rarity, and Distribution Breakdown help you see what you have prepared or listed. Listed value is the value of inventory at its listing prices; it is not sales revenue. Use eBay Analytics for synced sales.

Configuration

Open Configuration before building your first batch.

  1. In Account Settings, set Region and Seller Location, then choose Save settings.
  2. In Configuration Profiles, choose or create a profile for your listing rules.
  3. Set the eBay policy names, title fields, pricing, description, and image options. Check the title preview.
  4. Choose Save profile, then select that profile when you create a batch.

Region and seller location belong to the account. Switching listing profiles keeps those account settings. The Card Lister setup steps explain the profile fields, including optional condition-price fallbacks.

Inventory Manager

Inventory Manager tracks selling stock, its physical locations, and linked marketplace listings. If you already sell on eBay, start with Imports and review the imported rows.

Before changing quantities or combining listings, check the card identity, condition, finish, and physical location. Available, reserved, and picked units account for the physical stock. A marketplace listing or SKU does not create another copy of a card.

Use the inventory guide for daily work and the import guide for the first import and later reconciliation.

Order Pick List

Open Order Pick List when you're ready to pull sold cards. Sync eBay Orders, or use Order Import for an awaiting-shipment report.

Resolve shortages and rows that need review, then pull each card from its listed location. Choose Mark Picked only after you have pulled the physical card. Picked History records completed pulls. The picking guide covers the full sequence.

eBay Offers

eBay Offers brings incoming offers into one view. Connect the correct eBay seller account, then choose Import Offers.

Use Active for offers you can act on or Needs match to inspect card matches. Search by card, SKU, buyer, or item ID. Sort by expiration when deciding what to handle first.

Before confirming an offer response, check the listing, quantity, price per item, and any message. An incorrect catalog match can make a market comparison misleading. Automatic notifications control alerts; they do not replace your review of an offer.

eBay Analytics

eBay Analytics reports on synced eBay order lines and linked inventory. Connect eBay, select the history to import, and choose Sync eBay Orders.

Choose a date range or enter custom dates and select Apply. Search for a card, set, SKU, or item ID, and use Export CSV when you need the report in a file.

Check the last-sync status and inventory match information when a total looks incomplete. Sales Trend shows item revenue and units from the synced order lines. Batch Analytics measures listing activity, so its totals answer a different question.

Variation Editor

Variation Editor is part of Inventory Manager for accounts with access. It prepares listings where a buyer chooses a card or option under one parent listing.

Review the parent listing and every child option. Each child needs the correct card, seller SKU, and stock backing. Use the variation guide for the supported workflow and checks before publication.

TCGplayer Repricer

TCGplayer Repricer changes TCG Marketplace Price in an inventory CSV.

  1. Sign in, choose or create a pricing profile, and select the source and fallback price columns.
  2. Set the percentage or fixed adjustments and minimum price. Add a maximum price if needed.
  3. Load your CSV and choose Reprice. Read Summary and Preview before Download.
  4. Upload the downloaded file through TCGplayer's inventory tools and review its import result.

The fallback applies when the source price is blank and a fallback price exists. Repricing a file does not publish it. To create a TCGplayer file from a Card Lister batch, follow the TCGplayer export guide.

Collections

Collections lets you group cards and follow their values using Card Search pricing. Choose New Collection, give it a name, and add cards through its search or from Card Search.

Check each card's printing, condition, and quantity. Use the sort controls to find high-value cards or unpriced rows. Pricing and planning fields help compare the collection using your assumptions.

Collection quantities describe that collection. Manage selling locations, order reservations, and marketplace stock in Inventory Manager.

Sealed Products

Sealed Products shows Pokemon booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, and other sealed products by set. Switch between English and Japanese to choose the market you want to browse.

Open a set's analysis to inspect its products and price history. Check the product type, language, and update date before comparing prices. A box, a pack, and an Elite Trainer Box contain different products and quantities.

Bulk Sifter

Use Bulk Sifter while sorting Pokemon bulk to find cards worth checking individually.

Filter by Set, Rarity, Type, Variant, and Min Price. Search a card name or sort the Price column to decide what to pull from the pile. Compare the number and finish with your copy before using the displayed price.

If the results are empty, clear the name search or widen the filters. Check Last Updated when using the list for a pricing decision.

Pokemon Sets

Pokemon Sets lets you browse a set, record card quantities, print set labels, and prepare supported marketplace CSVs.

Search for the set, open it, and check the cards and variants before entering quantities. Export only cards you have counted. Selected-set exports use saved quantities, so review the selection and counts before downloading.

Review any export blockers and the destination's import result. Printing labels or downloading a CSV does not create a live listing.

Commander Decks EV

Commander Decks EV compares the sealed price of a preconstructed deck with the value of its singles.

Search for a deck and choose Market or Low separately for singles and sealed prices. Open the deck to inspect its card list and enter a custom purchase price. Check quantities and your configuration profile before using a CSV export.

The difference between singles value and sealed cost is a starting point. Account for selling fees, shipping, and cards that may take time to sell when comparing a purchase.

Play Booster EV

Play Booster EV estimates the average card value of MTG Play Boosters from the set's pull-rate model.

  1. Set Min Card Price and Effective Fee Rate to match your selling assumptions.
  2. Choose Market or Low for singles and sealed prices. Set the TCGplayer Direct option for your comparison.
  3. Enter a custom box price when you have a specific purchase in mind.
  4. Inspect the set's value breakdown and probability details before comparing margins.

Expected value is an average across possible openings. One box can return much less or much more. Missing data or a stale price can also change the estimate.

Secret Lair EV

Secret Lair EV compares a drop's sealed price with its included singles. Search the drop and use All, Non-Foil, Foil, or Mixed to select the edition.

Choose the singles and sealed price basis, then open the drop to inspect its cards. Use a custom sealed price for a specific offer, or Reset to return to the selected price basis. Confirm the edition before comparing values or exporting a card list.

Use the included-card breakdown to understand the estimate. Do not assume a bonus card is included unless the page accounts for it.

MTG Sets

MTG Sets lets you browse cards within a set, record quantities, print set labels, and prepare supported eBay or TCGplayer exports.

Open the exact set and review its card printings. Enter the quantities you own and choose the export configuration. Set All to 1 applies to visible cards; use it only when you have counted one of each. Clear All removes stored quantities across sets, so check its scope before using it.

Resolve title-length or missing-data messages before export. The file still needs to be uploaded and accepted by the marketplace.

PSA Calculator

Use PSA Calculator to compare grading outcomes with selling a card raw.

Enter the PSA 8, 9, and 10 values and populations for the exact card, plus the raw value. Add your card cost, grading cost including shipping to and from PSA, buyer shipping cost, and seller fee settings.

Read the profit breakdown for each outcome. Population-based grade estimates describe previously graded cards; they do not predict the grade of your copy. Inspect your card's condition and use current comparable prices for the inputs.

eBay Fees

eBay Fees estimates profit after selling fees and the costs you enter.

Fill in Sold Price, Shipping Charged, Your Item Cost, shipping costs, and the promoted listing rate. Check the category, seller level, sales tax rate, and international-sale setting. Move the price slider to compare possible sale prices.

Read Detailed Fee Breakdown to see what the estimate includes. Replace defaults with your own costs and check the result against the fees for your actual eBay account and transaction.

eBay Listed Value

eBay Listed Value opens Listed Value Tracker. Use Tracking & Goals to estimate a daily listing target from your current listed value, monthly sell-through rate, average card price, profit margin, and income goal.

Sign in to save your goals. Record the date, cards listed, and value listed with Log Progress. Use Analytics to compare your recorded activity with the target over time.

A listed card has not sold yet. The target depends on the sell-through and margin you enter, so update those assumptions as your actual sales change.
