Export a TCGplayer CSV

Download an inventory CSV from Card Lister, then upload it through your TCGplayer seller account. Each row must identify the exact condition, printing, and language you are selling.

Check which cards can export

TCGplayer CSV supports raw singles in the configured product lines. Each row needs an exact condition, printing or finish, language, and a saved or resolvable TCGplayer SKU.

  • Slabs and Card Lister lots cannot use this export.
  • German and Korean Pokemon exports are not supported.
  • Unconfigured games and Manual Blank listings cannot use this export.

For a slab or lot, use an eBay output that represents the whole item you are selling.

Check the TCGplayer SKU

The CSV column TCGplayer ID needs the exact marketplace SKU ID. That ID selects a condition, printing, and language. It is different from your seller SKU or physical storage label.

A product ID is not a SKU ID. A product link alone cannot distinguish Near Mint from Lightly Played or Normal from Foil.

Card Throne Room uses an attached exact SKU or tries to resolve it from the selected card and variant. If it cannot prove the match, it blocks the row instead of choosing a nearby SKU.

Prepare the batch

  1. Build and save a raw-singles batch using your photos or catalog search.
  2. In Match, confirm product line, set, name, number, and rarity.
  3. Choose the exact condition, printing or finish, and language.
  4. Review quantity and the TCGplayer export price.
  5. Run Check Readiness and read any missing price, number, or photo warnings.

You do not need to type a SKU yourself when the exporter can resolve it from the catalog. A product ID may support that lookup, but it never replaces the exact SKU in the final file.

Download and upload the CSV

  1. Open the saved batch in Card Lister.
  2. Choose Export CSV > TCGplayer CSV.
  3. Read the destination's readiness report.
  4. Fix every blocker, then export again.
  5. Upload the downloaded CSV through the TCGplayer seller inventory import.
  6. Review the marketplace result, including added quantities.
Downloading does not publish. It does not send the file to TCGplayer or add Inventory Manager stock. You control the marketplace upload.

Read the CSV columns

Rows with the same exact SKU and export price combine by adding quantity. Conflicting prices for one SKU block the export.

Because the file uses Add to Quantity, check whether a previous upload succeeded before uploading the same file again.

Fix export blockers

  • For a missing SKU, confirm the exact card and variant in Match. Use the offered SKU Gaps report if it still cannot resolve.
  • For an unsupported game, choose another supported output. Do not relabel the product line.
  • For a price conflict, choose one intended marketplace price for every copy of that exact SKU.
  • For incorrect condition or finish, fix the Card Lister row and export again. Changing only the ID cell can leave the other fields inconsistent.
  • For a slab or lot, use an eBay listing mode that fits the sale unit.
Open Card Lister
